Connect Centre Management

As a Connect Centre Manager, your first challenge is the planning and implementation of all the requirements for establishing your Connect Centre. This course provides some essential management tips in relation to your Connect Centre and is focused on managing your team.

It has been designed with new Connect Centre managers in mind but is available and may also be useful for established centres.

The course should take around 45minutes to complete, taking the time to pause and reflect along the way.  There is a bonus video at the end which is an hour long should you wish to explore the topic further.  If you don't finish the course in one go you can come back to it at any time.
