CMA Part 6 Casework/Specialist (Insolvency) Training

The CMA Part 6 (Insolvency) Training Course is the third and final training course required to complete the CMA Casework/Specialist Award. This training explores the insolvency options available in England / Wales and their advantages & disadvantages. This training can also be completed as a standalone Insolvency Training Course.

Description

There is some pre-course reading (about 30 minutes) which will be sent to you in advance 

This course covers the following:

  • True/False Quiz (based on the pre-course reading)
  • Insolvency Options (exploring attitudes to insolvency)
  • Administration Orders
  • Bankruptcy
  • Debt Relief Orders
  • Individual Voluntary Arrangements

Training manuals will be provided for each delegate in both pdf and hardcopy format.

This course includes a post course assessment.

Once this assessment has been completed you will be awarded a certificate of accreditation for the CMA Award in Casework/Specialist Advice. 

If you have attended as a stand alone Insolvency Training course you will receive a certificate of completion following the assessment.

Prerequisites

Completed Advice Level Training

Completed CMA Part 4 and 5 Casework/Specialist Training*

Completed Part 5 post course assessment*

*Part 6 can be completed as a standalone course in Insolvency providing you have completed Advice Level training.
